On highest Illuminate difficulties you should be able to take out 3-4 Council Members (CM) with one Close Air Support (CAS) regularly with this method:
- Make sure there’s no room for CMs to teleport away by minimizing the space behind you
- Throw CAS on the CMs
- Take out as many CM shields as possible before CAS hits. That way CAS doesn’t lose its power on the shields
